Green Chutney (Coriander) Recipe: Maa ki Rasoi

The ingredients you will be needing are:

  • 1 cup fresh chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 or 2 chopped green chillis, depending on how spicy you want it to be
  • Regular spices like salt & red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup of fresh curd
  • A mixer grinder

Begin with thoroughly washing the coriander leaves with water followed my chopping only the leaves, remove the stem part. Put the chopped coriander into the mixer or as maa does, directly chop them over the mixer.

Do you have onions and tomatoes chopped? (one each). Add them in, along with 3-4 garlic and finely chopped 1 or 2 green chillis according to how spicy you want it to be.

Add half a cup of fresh curd. After that, add salt to taste.

Close the lid of the mixer and grind well!

And it’s done! Simpler than you thought, isn’t it? Enjoy the chutney with a variety of snacks,  or just spread it on a bread for a quick bite. Refrigerate and store to use later.
