Reusable blocks in WordPress will make your workflow more efficient. Those pieces of content that you use in every post can be made into reusable content blocks.
Most people add these blocks repeatedly by copy-pasting them from the previous posts.
Better content management is to save them as content blocks or templates. Later on, whenever you wish to add the same content block again, you can do so with just one click.
These content blocks can be links to follow you on social media, tables, subscription messages at the end of posts, etc.
For example, I use reusable blocks in the form of tables when I have to write a phone’s specifications. I use it for the end text that I use in every post, consisting of links to my social accounts.
That being said, let’s take a look at how to easily create a reusable block in WordPress block editor.

Edit & manage them
You can also edit the reusable block by clicking on the edit button on the block.
All the changes you make to a reusable block get applied at all the places where you have used them. If you want to make a change only in one of them, you need to convert it into a regular block first.
To do this, simply click on the three-dot menu in the block toolbar and then select the ‘Convert to Regular Block’ option.
Now you will be able to make changes to it without affecting the original reusable block.
Gutenberg Editor allows you to easily manage all your reusable blocks from one screen.
To manage your blocks, click on the add block button and then locate the Reusables tab. You’ll see a link to manage your reusable blocks page.
Clicking on the link will bring you to the block management page. From here, you can edit, delete, export, and import your blocks.
