The photo dump trend is also used as carousel posts. But here we are talking about the reel version of it. In the Instagram reel version of the photo dump trend, the reel video is composed of multiple photos or videos.
All of the photos/videos are very short and don’t stay on the screen for long. That’s the hook of the photo dump trend on Instagram.
Basically, it’s a collection of photos that fall under a single category. This category can be anything that you want it to be, some examples are:

Editing steps
- Select the photos you want to use, I would suggest moving the selected photos to a new folder so that they’re easier to select through Inshot
- Open InShot and select multiple photos you shortlisted
- Click on canvas and set all the images to full screen
- Set the duration of an image to less than 0.5 seconds or any of your preference and apply it to all the images by clicking on the double arrow
