The 4.7 inch iPhone 8 is a single SIM phone that supports nano-SIM. The phone is dust and water resistant up to 1 meter and 30 minutes. The display as a resolution of ~326 ppi, we all know Apple’s display never fails to amaze us! It comes protected with Ion-strengthened glass and oleophobic coating. The screen-to-body ratio is about 65.4%. The primary camera is of 12 megapixels and the front camera is 7 megapixels. It can record a 4K video with 24/30/60fps and comes with features like HDR, face/smile detection and touch focus. The operating system is Apple’s newest iOS 11 with 64GB/256GB internal storage and a

 2GB RAM. I wish the ram was a bit more though. 2GB is running out of date. There is a front mounted fingerprint scanner on the home button. It has the feature of NFC for easy sharing. The 2.0 USB port provides fast charging, 50% in 30 minutes, wireless charging is supported as well. iPhone 8 comes with a non-removable Li-Ion 1821mAh battery. Yes, just 1821mAh. It is available in silver, space gray and gold colors.

The huge 5.5 inch iPhone X is a single SIM phone that supports nano-SIM. The display has a resolution of ~401 ppi, better than iPhone 8. It comes protected with a scratch-resistant, wide color gamut 3D display glass. The screen-to-body ratio is about 67.4%. The primary camera is of 12 megapixels and the front camera is 7 megapixels and has the same features as that of iPhone 8. The operating system is Apple’s newest iOS 11 with 64GB/256GB internal storage and an increased 3GB RAM compared to 2GB RAM of iPhone 8. There is a similar front-mounted fingerprint scanner on the home button. The battery is improved with 2,675mAh.  It has the feature of NFC for easy sharing. There is an updated 3.0 USB port providing fast charging as compared to 2.0 port in iPhone 8. It is available in gold, silver and space gray.

The huge 5.8 inch iPhone X is a single SIM phone that supports nano-SIM. The display has a resolution of ~458 ppi, better than iPhone 8 and iPhone plus. It comes protected with a scratch-resistant, wide color gamut 3D display glass. The screen-to-body ratio is the highest out of all the three models, about 82.9%. The primary camera is of 12 megapixels and the front camera is 7 megapixels and has the same features as that of iPhone 8. The operating system is Apple’s newest iOS 11 with 64GB/256GB internal storage and an increased 3GB RAM compared to 2GB RAM of iPhone 8. There is a face ID feature to secure your phone but this feature is getting mixed reviews from the users. It has the feature of NFC for easy sharing. There is an updated 3.0 USB port that fast charges just like iPhone 8 plus. It is available in silver and space gray.

  8. Nice analysis on the two different models of iPhone. I own the HTC 10 and have the USB 3.0, Quickcharge 3.0 technology, which is similar to iPhone’s.

    Although I’m not a fan of Apple products because of their lousy & complicated UI, I do love their Audio Quality. iPhones, iPod all have a decent DAC which makes them stand out from the majority of the other competitors out there.

    Then there is this feature in iPhone, which is AIRPLAY which works flawlessly with my Denon Sound System.
