Pokemon Go does what all of our parents failed to do, get us potato couches out of the house in the open, under the sun. Thanks to the developers of the game i.e, Niantic and The Pokemon Company, the publisher of the game.
The game was released on July 6th, 2016 first in New Zealand, Australia and the United States and from then on there’s no stopping those pokemons spreading across the globe. This free-to-play reality game has become a sensation surpassing the previous record held by Candy Crush.
At the beginning of the game, the user has to create their Avatar which is quite customizable with their apparel and hairstyles.
You get around 50 poke balls initially, I hope you know what are poke balls, right? If not then dude, you are at the wrong place. 90s kids are going crazaaaay for this game.
Catching your first Pokemon is a piece of cake, it will there right in front of you, just throw up a Pokeball at him.
After that, a map pops up on your screen, showing the locations around you where pokemons can be found. You’ll find water Pokemon near some fountain or places where you can find water and etc.
To get yourself more poke balls, you have to visit religious places or monuments, like temples and churches, in the game’s language they are called Pokedex. But be sure, don’t get caught, the Almighty would punish you badly if he found out the only reason you went there was for some Pikachu or Charmander. ( Consider yourself blessed if you find them 🙂 )
Your experience level increases as you collect more and more Pokemons. The ones that are rare give your greater XP, travel an extra mile to them.
